So where is Fired Art Retreat ?

Mid-way between Sydney and Brisbane, a few minutes drive off the Pacific Highway adjacent to
 Nambucca Heads - our nearest town.
It is located ten minutes drive from the coast which has  lovely tidal river views and long, unspoiled beaches.
The surrounding countryside is of rolling hillsides and forests, punctuated with settlement towns
such as historic Bowraville, river town Macksville and Scotts Head - a beach village.
Situated half way between Kempsey and Coffs Harbour, our Nambucca Valley is one of the most
 picturesque and undiscovered locations in New South Wales.


We design your workshop and holiday to suit you -

HOLIDAY PACKAGES AND RATES

All inclusive:

 All meals, accommodation, 6 hours per day private art tuition,
1 pack of clay, use of tools, art materials and firing expenses.
 (Further materials required  for large projects and freight costs to send on your work
to your address are extra.)

PACKAGES:  1)   3 DAYS, 4 NIGHTS WORKSHOP
                         2)   5 DAYS, 6 NIGHTS WORKSHOP

 ARRIVE EVENING FOR DINNER PRIOR TO WORKSHOP
ALL WORKSHOP DAYS, ALL MEALS, ACCOMMODATION
BREAKFAST BEFORE PACKING UP FOR DEPARTURE
En suite queen size bed room package rates:

 3 days 4 nights - $800 single
                                                       $1500 couple (sharing one room)
    

5 days 6 nights -   $1250 single
                                               $2350 couple (sharing one room)
 

  Longer stays can be negotiated - we can
    accommodate our guests for up to 14 days.

 F0R CLASS ONLY PARTICIPANTS

 the 6 hour day-only fees are $120 (per day) which
includes some materials and a light lunch.

A 20% deposit is required  upon all bookings

  • Dietary preferences - What are your food and drink preferences?
    (We want to know your food fancies to make your meals as you like them.
    So - are you a vegetarian? A vegan? Do you eat meat of particular varieties?
    Are you watching your calories or do you have a liking for cheeses and cake?)
     

  • Do you have any physical disabilities that require particular amenities?
     

  • Will you require to be picked up and returned to the Coffs Harbour Airport?
     

  • Have you had any experience in the arts or are you just beginning?
     

  • What area of art practice are you interested in ? (Drawing, painting, clay sculpture,
    wheel work, mould making, glazing and glaze techniques, decoration techniques, etc?)

    Your information will allow us to prepare for your visit to suit your individual needs
    for maximum enjoyment.
